Collingwood Housing Estate Arts Park
This project will convert (in several stages) an existing disused underground car park into a vast vibrant space suitable for the visual and performance arts and ancillary spaces. Antarctica Group assisted the Estate in writing a business case for project funding. The project has been postponed due to a whole-of-estate overview by the Office of Housing.
