A battle was fought with the planners over whether these alterations and additions would be seen from the street, the result of which was that we were given a couple of view points from which it had to be hidden.

The project adds a second storey with new bedrooms, ensuite and study to a long single storey terrace, for a young family in need of some more space. Large sky lights bring light through a double storey void into the enclosed ground floor living room.
