The Dream Factory is the headquarters for a youth support organisation based in Collingwood.
The Project contains three flexible theatre/workshop spaces, offices for the foundation, and supporting service spaces. These facilities are contained within a renovated warehouse building, and were constrained by a very tight budget with donated services.
ANTARCTICA Director Graham Crist was the architect from inception to realisation over several years, dealing with the complexities of town planning, existing structural problems, and the diverse needs of the Reach Foundation.
