Working with Vision Australia’s Business Transformation group ANTARCTICA has designed a new, flexible workspace based on the principles outlined in the report ‘Design for Vision’ (2015).
Known as the BT Lab the space will accommodate new workstations, an informal meeting zone and retain two fixed meeting rooms along with personal storage facilities.

The key principles carried over from the report are the clearly demarcated highways for access and orientation, contrast in materials and finishes and the zoning of particular work types and conditions. The central island area is concieved as an informal meeting zone providing important variation on workplace use.

The Lab itself is considered a test case in the strategic development of the Kooyong site - a further opportunity to engage the broader Vision Australia organisation in workplace change.
