The St Johns design is
a medical suite with doctors housing placed above the clinic floor. The roof
top dwelling is a whole floor apartment with direct access from the lift and a
large terrace to the rear. It looks 360 degrees over the Springvale roofscape
which is in a gradual process of transformation to a commercial mixed use
precinct. The building is formed as a single integrated entity with one large
screened window marking its street façade presence.
